Glass reactors from 100 ml to 10 litres
These reactors in Borosilicate glass are intended for use at atmospheric pressure or full vacuum. Sizes from 100 mls to 30 litres with various diameters
up to 300 mm. Large variety of types e.g. long or short form, triple wall with outer jacket evacuated, split jackets, heated bottom outlet valves, overflows, tinted for light sensitive substances, etc.
Special executions are always possible.
A range of bottom outlet valves are available with minimum dead volume up to a diameter of 20 mm. All valves have a non-rotating PTFE stem with a
temperature compensating spring. Options available include fitting with a Pt100 for temperature measurement and using a Kalrez O-ring for even better sealing .
Covers are available with entries
ranging from simple conical joints, through flat flanges to the Buchiflex flexible joint. The cover is clamped to the vessel by an efficient stainless steel clamp giving tightening pressure around the
whole circumference. The clamp can be mounted to support either the vessel with the cover being removable or vice versa.
We can supply either individual vessels or a complete system with
distillation columns, receivers etc.
