Process Optimisation
Using the FlexyALR system, any reactor can be automated.
We can supply a complete system including reactors from 100ml to 250 litres with the FlexyALR control system and all necessary hardware such as heater/chillers, dosing pumps, stirrer
motors, etc or simply the control system to fit existing reactors and hardware.
The same easy to use software as used for the FlexyLab system gives manual or recipe based control. The standard system includes control of stirrer speed, temperature, two
liquid additions and single sided pH control Options include heat flow calorimetry, control of pressure and vacuum, gas dosing, turbidity measurement, integration of FTIR or Lasentec particle
analysis probes, etc.
