FlexyLab Standard System

The FlexyLab standard system is normally shipped with 4 x 250ml reactor systems.  Each reactor can be individually temperature controlled.  The minimum temperature is defined by the choice of chiller for the system, but is limited to -80^oC.  This is the minimum jacket temperature, so the vessel contents temperature is realistically limited to -70^oC.  The maximum temperature for the standard glass vessels is +280^oC.

These temperatures can be achieved in each reactor independently.

The standard system includes two independent gravimetric liquid additions for each reactor via peristaltic pump from integrated balances, stirrer speed control and of course, jacket or reactor temperature control.

Easy To Use Control Software

The control software has been designed for clarity and ease of use.  Using Windows based software you have the choice of manual or recipe based control.  Even during a recipe the operator can still make a manual adjustment.

All reactors are represented on the screen at the same time to give a clear overview of each reaction.  The historical display shows a realtime graph of up to 8 variables for each reactor.  After the reaction, all collected data including recipes, manual interventions and operator notes are stored in a file for further analysis using Sysgraph, Excel or another analysis package.
