Parallel Synthesis Reduces Your Time To Market

The FlexyLab parallel process system has been designed specifically for process development.  With reactor volumes available from 100ml to 3 litres, and 6 reactors working in parallel, process development times can be drastically reduced.

Each reactor is individually and independently temperature controlled.  The temperature range is from -80oC to +280oC, so one reactor could be at -50oC while the next is at +250oC,  all this while only using one chiller unit.

The standard FlexyLab system is available with up to 6 reactors in volumes from 100ml to 400ml.  There is no practicable limit to the number of reactors, however 6 reactors is normally the maximum that one Chemist can comfortably use as each reaction needs to be prepared and each reactor is normally cleaned between reactions.

Many options are available for the FlexyLab system including, automated sampling, FTIR, particle analysis probes, pH measurement and control, distillation, calorimetry, pressure control, etc.
