Reactor Systems
A full range of reactor systems from 10ml to 200 litres. Glass pressure vessels rated up to 12 bar and metal pressure vessels rated up to 60 bar. Many of the systems
feature interchangeable vessels, allowing greater flexibility.
Many features of our pressure vessels are well suited to customers doing hydrogenations and catalyst testing. We have a range of special catalyst baskets, a hollow shaft and
turbine system that provides excellent gas/liquid mixing and the BPC gas control unit specifically designed for controlling hydrogenations.
The Polyclave is a development of the old BEP280 system that is easier to use. The system ranges from 100ml glass vessels to 5 litre metal vessels all fully interchangeable with one another.Includes options such as lifting mechanism and quick action closure.
The Kiloclave is suitable for larger metal vessels, from 5 to 20 litres. It incorporates an electric or hydraulic lift system to raise or lower larger vessels.
The Pilotclave is the range of even larger vessel up to 200 litres and at varying pressures depending on vessel volume.
The Ecoclave is a simpler, more basic system than the Polyclave. It uses the same vessels up to 3 litres and has an easy access sliding door.
The Picoclave uses the range of small scale pressure vessels but with an easy to use enclosure with a sliding polycarbonate safety screen and quick action closures for the vessels.
The Inertclave is a new, completely inert, system with only glass, PTFE, PEEK and PFA in contact with the process.
A range of small scale pressure vessels from 10ml to 200ml. These allow initial investigations into the use of pressure without a large investment.
Also available are a range of magnetic couplings to allow customers to build their own vessels while still having the advantage of a hermetically sealed stirrer.
