A wide Range of Accessories for ChemReactors

pH Probe
A range of pH probes together with PTFE supports to fit each vessel in our range. pH meters and control systems are also available.

Gas Inlet Tube
A gas inlet tube is available to fit each reactor with a sparging end. Either of fixed length or adjustable with an additional blanketing valve.

Sampling System
Sampling systems are also available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Solids Charging
We can either offer a simple solids charging port that allows charging under vacuum or more sophisticated sanitary systems.




	CR Lift

Vessel Lift
We can mount vessels upto 100 litres on a manual winch to allow the bottom section to be removed for easy access or cleaning.

Vacuum control
Complete vacuum systems can be offered or simply a control system to link to existing vacuum supplies.

Speed Measurement
A speed sensor can be added that measure the RPM of the output from the gearbox.

Torque Measurement
The torque measurement system allows polymerisations and crystallisations to be detected before any changes are even visible in the vessel.

Pressure/Vacuum
Simple measurement or more sophisticated control systems are available.

Heating/Cooling
Everything from a simple heater to a multi-reactor control system with Ex control panels. Temperature ranges available from -150^oC to +300^oC
