cGMP Filtration
The AURORA® FILTERS combine a single plate vacuum filtration device with a jacketed glove box. This design allows for filtration, optional drying, discharge and packaging
of the product in an enclosed, inert environment. This ensures product integrity and safe working conditions.
The filter is produced in four sizes from 14” (350mm) to 48” (1210mm) diameter. Typical applications are the kilo lab and pilot plant production of pharmaceutical
bulk actives, intermediates and fine chemicals which are sensitive to the atmosphere or produced using toxic solvents. The filters are available in stainless steel, Hastelloy or a Halar coated
version. The larger sizes are fitted with hydraulic lifts for ease of use.
