Midiclave Higher Pressure Vessels

• Increased pressure and temperature reactor with fast action closure.

With a frame similar to the Versoclave this is also for use only with metal vessels but in this case the whole system has been  upgraded to 300°C and 200 bar. The Midiclave includes a fast-action-closure and vessel lifting mechanism. Stirring is enabled via the Cyclone 075 combined magnetic coupling and stirrer motor. It is supplied ready to use with pressure gauge, rupture disc, Pt100 temperature probe and two needle valves. Stainless steel parts can also be made from a range of alternative metals

• Rated Pressure: up to 200 bar
• Rated Temperature: -10….300°C   Vessels available: 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1l
• Safety: Rupture disc, manufactured to PED, CE marked, safety screen
• Temperature control: Jacketed vessels can be supplied with integral electrical heating or for connection to an external heater/chiller (available from us)
